Our referral program introduces friends, family members, and
colleagues to career opportunities at Archer Mechanical.

We are currently looking for licensed plumbers from
2A Apprentices up to Master plumbers

  • 2A through 3B with an active license
    New employees and referring employees receive $750.00.
  • 4A and 4B with an active license
    New employees and referring employees receive $1000.00.
  • Journeymen / Master Plumber without medgas certificate with an active license
    New employees and referring employees receive $1200.00.
  • Journeymen / Master Plumber with medgas certificate with an active license
    N    ew employees and referring employees receive $1500.00.

In order to receive the referral bonus the employees must be employed
and in good standing with the company for 90 days.

The referral program will be open until February 28th, 2023
