You can only recognize a colleague once but, may enter as many different colleagues as you would like.

All individuals with recognition forms will be entered in
a drawing each time they receive a form
for a 3-night stay in a 2 bed, 2 bath cottage located in the center of
Whitefish, Montana. Sleeps 4-5 comfortably. 30 minutes to Glacier National Park.
